The earthquake predictor invented?

Earthquake is one of those ‘natural’ disasters that are not predictable. Currently, especially after Nepal disaster, people from different part of the globe are being worried about earthquake. Within few months, people of Asia faced several earthquakes after the Nepal tragedy. Although scientists are trying to invent the earthquake predictor, they are not fully succeeded so far.  

Very recently a young man named Raihan from Chittagong, Bangladesh claimed to have invented a machine which is capable of predicting an earthquake. “It is such a machine which is able to predict and forecast the earthquake several minute before it hits”, the man said.

The young man informed that the machine needs to be put inside of soil. The more deeply it is set, the more it performs correctly.
